FISH-N-FUEL RULES & REGULATIONS

GENERAL GUIDLINES

  • Guests must be 21+ to rent any site or cabin

  • Maximum 6 people per reservation

  • Children 14 and under must be supervised by an adult 18+

  • Registered renter must remain onsite with minors

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

  • RV Check In: 2:00 PM

  • RV Check Out: 11:00 AM

  • Cabin Check In: 3:00 PM

  • Cabin Check Out: 11:00 AM

Early arrivals and late departures may be available for an additional fee.

MINIMUM STAY

  • Cabins: 2-Night Minimum on weekends (3 nights on major holidays)

  • Campsites: 2-Night Minimum on weekends & major holidays

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 50% deposit required at time of reservation

  • Remaining 50% due 30 days prior to arrival

  • All reservation and processing fees are non-refundable at any time

  • Cancel 14 days prior - 50% refund

  • Cancel 7 days prior - 25% refund

  • Cancel less than 7 days prior - no refund

QUIET HOURS & COURTESY

  • Quiet hours are 10 PM - 7 AM daily

  • Please respect neighbors' privacy and space

  • No harassment, offensive language, excessive alcohol, illegal drugs, or vulgar / political displays

PET POLICY

  • Maximum 2 pets per site

  • Visitors may not bring pets

  • Cabins 6-10 are designated pet-friendly cabins

  • Pets must remain leashed (6ft max), supervised, and cleaned up after

  • $50 non-refundable pet fee for pet-friendly cabins

  • Management may remove disruptive pets

FIRES & SMOKING

  • Fires allowed only in park-provided fire pits

  • Fires must never be left unattended

  • No fires are permitted during parish or state fire bans

  • Smoking/vaping allowed only at individual campsites

  • Frying is not allowed in cabins

ALCOHOL

  • Legal-age guests may consume alcohol responsibly

  • Consumption must not disturb other guests

VEHICLES & GOLF CARTS

  • Maximum 1 camping unit +2 vehicles per site

  • Speed limit is 5 mph

  • Golf cart drivers must be 16+ with a valid drivers license

  • EV charging from campground pedestals is prohibited

BOATS, TRAILERS & WASTE

  • Boats/trailers must fit fully within your site

  • Overflow parking areas available if needed

  • No grey water or septic discharge outside sewer hookups

CAMPGROUND & GROUNDS

  • Tents, carpets, rugs, and mats are not allowed on grass

  • Pond fishing is catch & release only

EMERGENCIES

  • Severe weather: Seek shelter in the nearest bathhouse

  • Emergencies: Call 911 immediately
